The Pathways Program is Designed for People Who

  • Do not have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have had challenges completing the GED
  • Can dedicate a minimum of 12 hours a week to on-campus classwork

Will I get credit for the high school classes I have already taken?
Penn Foster transfer in the credits you’ve already earned from either high school or GED work, so you only take the credits you need to earn your diploma.
Will it fit into my schedule?
You only need to spend two or three days a week doing classwork. Class times are 10am-1pm, Monday-Thursday on the Virginia College campus. You choose the days that work best for you.
How is it structured?
You perform the tasks outlined in the accredited Penn Foster High School program. It’s made up of short, easy-to-understand lessons with online testing you can complete at your own pace.
Will there be someone on campus to answer questions?
